Return Policy

 Easy returns

  • Free returns on EVERY order! *US ONLY*
  • Returns  Our policy lasts 14 days since receiving your order(according to tracking info.) If 14 days have gone by since your order arrived, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit. Returns will be processed as a STORE CREDIT.  Your credit will be in the amount paid including tax (minus original shipping if paid.) Please allow 5-7 business days to receive your store credit. Items must be returned within the 14 day time period. Items received after 14 days will not be accepted. If received after 14 days you will be notified. If you choose to have your items shipped back to you will be invoiced a shipping fee.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed with tags attached and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Earrings and swimwear are exempt. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE . ALL GRAB BAGS ARE ALSO FINAL SALE. ALL FINAL FEW FRIDAY ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. 
  • Additional non-returnable items:  - Gift cards - Some health and personal care items   
  • To complete your return, please email quelindaclothingboutique@gmail.com with your order number and items to be returned and why requesting a return. A FREE return label will be emailed to you. Please respect our 14 day return policy so we can continue to offer free returns.  

How to process a return

Attach the free shipping return label to your package and drop at any USPS location. When mailing your return, please make sure your items are securely packaged. We are not responsible for damaged or lost items. Upon receipt, if the returned merchandise is deemed to be unwashed, unworn and unused, a store credit (minus shipping if paid) will be issued within 7 business days via email.We are not responsible for lost packages once shipped with a valid tracking number. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses supplied. 

Sale/Final Sale Items

Sale Items 

 Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned. This includes flash sales, anything listed under the sale tab and final few Friday items.

Exchanges

Because of our frequently changing inventory we do not offer exchanges. It is recommended that you reorder your items in the correct size/color. Once your previous order is received according to policy you will then receive a refund.We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send

International Shipping

We do not currently offer returns for international shipments.
